About the music:

This collection of tunes were written during the 2020 lockdown in Sydney, the music was all written in a few days with the thought that ive always wanted to do my own jazz thing. After performing professionally since 2008, I have accumulated a lot of thoughts about how and what I wanted to do, so this was done at exactly the right time with exactly the right people. James, Stu, Felix, Casey and Ed are individually extremely high level players who each do amazing things in their own careers, this is a positive challenge when starting something new as you need everything to work straight away. They have elevated this music well beyond my own imagination and I am looking forward to taking this music to the outside world.
